All students shall strictly abide by the following rules and regulation(behavior code) adopted and framed by K S Abdullah
English Medium Senior School for its smooth running.
- Humanity and modesty must be the identity of all students.every students should endeavour to maintain the good image of the
school
- All students should be in the school 10 minutes before commencement of the classes to attend the prayer. as a mark of respect,they should stand in
attention during the prayers and national anthem

Atttendence is marked at the beginning of each session, morning and afternoon. Irregular attendance, unjustified absence,
habitual laziness,disobedience, dishonesty,indiscipline or any conduct injurious to the reputation of the school will
result in the rustication of the student.
- Students should produce leave application duly signed by theeir parents/guardians immediately after their absence without which
they will not be allowed to attend the class.All such absence must be noted in the school manual too.
If one takes leave for five days or more it shall be only on medical grounds and hence a medical certificate must be produced along with the leave application
when he or she attends the class.

If students remains absent without sanction from the school continuesly for a period of 15 days his/her name is liable to be removed from the
register.re admission will entail payment of a penalty of Rs. 250/-

a) The minimum attendance required for a student is 75% of the total working days of the school. The Monitor/class leader will
responsible for the order and displine of the class in between the periods or teachers absence. All should be coperative and
contribute in nature. Noisy atmosphere will attract punishment.

b) Students shall practice speaking in a soft - low-pitched voice in the campus with respect,kindness and courtesy

c) at a time,only one student can stand up and and talk politely in the class room,and it shoud not disrupt class room
learning atmosphere

d) Books, news paper, magazine etc.Which are not recommended by the teachers should not be brought to school.

e) Bad slang while conversation is not allowed

f) moving to other class is forbidden.

g) Come with all your belongings, Borrowing or lending is discouraged
-
h) More than 3 people can't be seen moving/standing together in the campus during interwell and outside class room as well.

i) Vehicle discipline is to be observed by the students who use the school vehicle.

j) Punctuality is advised in submitting assignments/home works.

(i) The students are expected to be neat and clean.they must be smart in appearance
-
(ii) Students coming to school without proper uniform will be sent back and will be liable to disciplinary action
-
(iii) Uniform must be regular fit. Skin fit and low waist dresses are not permitted. Half sleeve of shirt must have the length upto elbow
. Bottom width of pant must be such that IT can be pulled up to knee. 'Salvar kameez' top side-cut should be from wrist onwards.

(iv) Hair style of irregular nature is not allowed.The boys should have closely cropped hair(not more than one inch) A long hair
for boys is not permitted.Long hair of girls must be properly plaited using blue ribbon.

(v) Growing/setting beard or moustache is not permitted.it is to be trimmed or shaved.

(vi) Use black sandals or rainy shoes during monsoon.

(vii) Students are not permitted to wear colour dresses in the campus on working days
-
a) Guardians are not allowed to take their students out when classes are in session. However ,on emergencies ,parent/guardian
can take their wards after signing the 'signed out register' with an out pass signed by principal or vice principal.

b) Tradiness is totally discouraged.Late comers are permitted to enter the class only with permisssion of the Principal

While in transition, students shall walk slowly and calmy in queues,crossing hands behind,and keeping left.Students,when
leaving the school after the last bell, should be orderly , silent and move out in a single line.Disorderly movement on the
part of any students is liable for punishment.

Students should not scribble on the wall, school bus, furniture or spoil the floors. They are advised to put them in the dust bins
provided for the purpose.

No collection of any kind (money or material) should be made by any students or group of students in the school permises unless
they are authorised by the school authorities to do so on.Excess money keeping is not allowed.

Present or gifts of any kind to the members of the staff are not allowed.

No student is permitted to bring razor blades or knives to the school. The use of pencil sharpner is reccommended

a) The medium of the instruction is followed by the school is english and students shall converse in english
with their fellow students as well as their teachers inside the campus.

b) Aiming at excellent communication skill,speaking of english is enforced in the school and within the school permises.
Defaulters will be imposed with a fine of Rs. 100,and other verbal/written asssignments.

Any visitor in the campus is to be greeted respectfully and to be communicated with/ before them in english only.

parents/Guardians are adviced not to talk to their wards or meet the teachers during school hours

Every student must posses a copy of the school diary which must be brought to the class on all working days to note down
detailes regarding home work, class tests,examination etc in it.

Parents/Guardians are requested are requested to go through the remarks made by teachers on the diary to know and obsrerve the
day to day progress and behaviour of their wards in the school.

All pupils shall greet the teachers politely with respect wherever they meet them.Insubordination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Students should note that they are responsible to the school authorities not only for their behaviour inside. If a student's
conduct is found to be objectionable,the student is liable for disciplinary action.

Parents/guardians are informed that in matters of admission,rustication,dismissal etc., of the student, the school authorities
have a right to say which will guided by rules laid down in relevent school code and the rules of the schools.

Students shall not engage in aggresive behaviour like fighting,threatening,rough play,communal abusive words etc.

Student shall not involve in gambling and using profane languages.

Chewing gum,tobacco products,illegal drugs,alcohol and other intoxicants should not be carried and used in the campus
-
No student of the school can shall be a member of any political organisation. No politics or political organization activities shall
be entertained within the academy campus. Such students shall be removed from the rolls without any notice.

Parents who wish to speak to the class teacher regarding the progress of their children shall do so only after school hours between 3.30 pm
and 4.00 pm on working days, with the prior permission of principal.

Students shall never bring mobile phones and other electronic gadgets into the campus either on working days or holidays.
Defaulters will be sternly dealt with and such devices will be consicated and will not be returned under any circumstances.
The use of any play material is strictly for bidden in the class room. This is the brave order of the management to the students and
parents for guidance.

A student whose birthday is to be celebrated may gift a new books to the school library and the books will be kept in a seperate
'birthday gift rack/cupboard' in the library.

Cutting cake,arranging parties, distribution of sweets or gifts, spraying colours etc. are strictly prohibited in the campus.

School manages A 'lost and Found' area, and students shall access it with the help of the teacher in charge.

School fee is remitted in 10 installments as mentioned in the 'Fees card', before 5th of every month. Defaulters will
subsequently be issued with 3 notices. If not responded positively, strict action will be taken against such defaulters. And Rs,250
will be charged as fine.

Minimum 3 open houses for the interaction of parents with teachers will be held during the academic year

Students should bring pure drinking water and lunch on all working days.

School has a facility of canteen in campus, students can avail the facilities at the risk of their parents.It is the preference
of the school that students shall bring the lunch and eatables from their house.
Entrusting child to the school implies that parents agree to adhere to the rules and regulation of the school. They are requested
to see that their children also abide by these regulation
Every student should have high level of adaptibility to the situations.They should be responsible and dedicated to their commitments.
